Where are you located?

SPKC is located in Kansas City. All clothing is printed and distributed out of our facility in Kansas City. 

 

Do you ship outside of Kansas City?

Yes - we process and ship orders anywhere in the United States.

How long will it take for my retail order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within seven (7-14)  business days. When it has been packaged, and a label has been created for your tracking number, you will receive an email confirmation with that information.  

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide an explanation.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 

What if I never received my package? 

If you never received your package, please read the email that was sent to you at the time you purchased. If your tracking information says delivered and you have NOT received anything please contact your local USPS. We are not held responsible for you putting in the wrong address.

 

What happens if my package is returned to SPKC?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee. 

 

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?

Restocks of styles and/or sizes depends on final availability. We cannot predict or say when styles or sizes will be back in stock or available in a specific size. Keep checking back daily to check for restocks or feel free to contact us.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.
